EXAMPLE: NO!art of the 60's, exhibition in Florence/Italy 2012

Dr. Campanovo looks on an artwork by Boris Lurie
Dr. Campanovo looks utterly aghast on a work by Boris Lurie

Report by DOMINIK STAHLBERG on June 8, 2012:

Now you can forget all your old ideas.

What a show, what a catering, what a nice team, such beautiful women! Boris Lurie, an elite exhibition.

Boris would have not like it.

Photographing and video recording is strictly prohibited! Lurie as an angel of peace, as a world savior. Lurie as a resistance against all evil in the world.

Dr. Campanovo, a board member of the Boris Lurie Art Foundation (BLAF), orated with a "wonderful" text. A very serious man with a very more serious face. A banker, a shark. Campanovo donated 15,000 Euros in the name of BLAF to the Kennedy Center, without a smile ... cool type. Boris would have loved him ...

The curator, praised as the same. Too bad that no one of them has ever met Boris ...

The catalog, a single bad NO NO NO NO!

The only good man at the opening was Paolo Baratella, invited and flown in from northern Italy. He told of his meeting with Boris in the 60s in his studio. He wondered why he was invited, there should be people who would know much more better Boris. Yes, that surprised us too!

And the curator said that this is the first show of works by Boris Lurie in Europe.

We, the NO!artists have to organize us now! The BLAF is trying now to re-write the story of us and of Boris. The BLAF tries to destroy us! I drove back home with bad energy, so bad that the engine of my car broke down ... For this too .. thanks again BLAF!

COMMENT: All exhibitions were launched through generous donations and sponsorship. For the exhibition NO compromises 2016 at the Jewish Museum in Berlin, even an entire museum floor (2nd floor) was renovated and converted. This means that all previous BLAF exhibitions were free of charge for the museum and gallery owners because they were generously sponsored by Predator Capitalism.

The organizations were undertaken by curators who never knew or had known on Boris and NO!art. Gertrude Stein therefore did not involve any former friends or acquaintances of Boris in her activities and limited Boris' artistic space to the time until 1964, the last exhibition in her gallery with Boris' was theNO POSTER show.

The only exception here is Rudij Bergmann, who is not interested in investigative research, but has access to public television, which was in Gertrude's interest. In a mail from 26.09.2009 she stated: "We are very keen to make the No Art [sic: wrong spelling testifies that she never cared about the ideas of NO!art, let alone informed herself] movement known all over the world. She forgot that with our NO!art website we already had more than one million impressions all over the world in a period of ten years, so all manipulations will be sufficiently recognizable in the future.

However, in art - as elsewhere - everything can be managed with money. Historians, curators, and their assistants are therefore not prepared to undertake investigative research when there is a generous payout. Thus the ruling art is always a reflection of the ruling cliques. One hand washes the other.
